When your nervous system is out of whack, you might experience:
• Bloating, gas, inflammation, or gut pain
• Extra weight that seems impossible to lose
• Constipation, diarrhea — or both
• Foods that agree with you one day and wreak havoc the next

• Hormones are out of whack

The good news is, our nervous systems are agile. That means you might not need years of therapy, a few simple tools could give you your life back.
In this workshop, you’ll discover the simple practices to bring you back to equilibrium in minutes, if not seconds — without having to change your clothes, make space for your Yoga mat, or call the babysitter.
